This hybrid role (3 days in the office) involves responding to player inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless game performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to player support tickets on gameplay and billing
• Investigate and escalate confirmed game issues to QA
• Troubleshoot technical concerns for timely resolutions

Requirements:
