Utilizing various software at an intermediate level is essential to fulfilling your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze rejected records from the time entry system
• Correct errors and notify timekeepers about changes
• Process payroll data including manual payments
• Prepare WorkSafe BC net pay calculations
• Issue Records of Employment for EI compliance

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Canadian Payroll Association certification preferred
• Two years of related experience
• Knowledge of computerized payroll systems
• Effective communication and organizational skills
