As a member of the patient care team, this role requires the HCA to work under the guidance of Registered Nurses. You will provide direct patient care, assisting with activities ranging from monitoring patient status to supporting various personal care tasks. The focus is on ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients while maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide constant observation and support to patients
• Assist in patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Document patient care and report findings to nursing staff




• Help with personal care including bathing and toileting
• Participate in educational activities and staff meetings

Requirements:
• Experience in pediatric or patient care settings preferred
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of patient safety protocols
