Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability
24/5 operations with a weekly rotating or straight schedule across three shifts. The specific schedule will depend on the position for which you are selected.

What you’ll do As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will support all activities related to the operation of printing and die-cutting equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup activities.
Verify production orders, stock specifications, and material condition.
Assist in setting up slotting, feeding,



and die-cut sections according to established procedures.
Mount and adjust printing and cutting dies as required.
Monitor product quality, including box dimensions, scoring, slotting, warp, and liner condition.
Identify, report, and help resolve quality concerns.
Complete production records and required documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate maintenance requests with the operator and supervisor.
Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
Assist machine operators and other team members with production tasks as required.
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Your strengths as a Assistant Machine Operator You are a natural fit for this role if:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong commitment to respect, teamwork, and work ethic.
Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, and midnight shifts).
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety rules and regulations.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities professionally.
