Twin Motors GM is looking for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do
Driving & Deliveries
Shuttle service: Transport service customers safely to and from their homes or workplaces.
Parts logistics: Pick up parts from suppliers and deliver orders to local wholesale accounts.
Vehicle delivery: Deliver newly purchased or serviced vehicles directly to customers' homes or businesses.
Fuel management: Drive inventory and customer vehicles to local stations for fueling.
Vehicle Care & Detailing
Lot prep: Wash, vacuum, and clean interior/exterior surfaces of inventory and customer vehicles.
Showroom maintenance: Ensure display vehicles are spotless and properly positioned.
Lot & Facility Maintenance
Seasonal upkeep: Assist with snow removal, salting walkways, and clearing off vehicles during winter.
Organization: Move and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space and presentation.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence, with clean insurable driving record - MANDATORY
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous driving, delivery, or detailing experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Robust time-management skills and a polite, customer-friendly attitude
Dealership experience is an asset.
