As a Contracts Administrator, you will support Northview's CapEx and Facilities team, working closely with the Manager of Procurement. Your role includes contract management, supplier performance evaluations, and process improvement. You will ensure that contractual obligations are met while optimizing revenue and managing costs across our diverse properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for national contracts and issues
• Administer revenue contracts and optimize opportunities




• Maintain and update contract database diligently
• Monitor supplier compliance with performance standards
• Establish reporting metrics to enhance contract practices

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar ERP systems
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
