In this role, you will contribute significantly as a Total Rewards Analyst with your expertise in compensation and benefits management. Your responsibilities will range from supporting annual salary reviews to conducting market pricing analyses. Focused on effective HR analytics, you will partner with various stakeholders, ensuring programs align with business needs while promoting performance-driven compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual salary reviews and compensation processes
• Conduct compensation analyses and market pricing




• Analyze internal equity and perks utilization trends
• Maintain job descriptions and compensation documentation
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3-4 years experience in compensation or HR analytics
• Advanced Excel skills and HRIS experience
• Strong analytical skills for large datasets
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
