This position involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing budgets, and forecasting future performance. You will also conduct variance analyses to assess risks and opportunities, while collaborating with department leaders and providing insightful financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Partner with leaders to develop annual budgets that align with goals
• Build financial forecasting models for future performance
• Conduct detailed variance analyses against budgeted expectations
• Generate financial reports translating data into actionable insights
Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• 3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Proficient in PowerBI, SQL/VBA, and MS Office
• Robust analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organization and time management skills
