The Senior Therapist (ST) will follow the day-to-day instructional direction and programming guidance provided by the Rotational Lead BT. Formal supervision, performance management, and administrative oversight remain the responsibility of the Clinical Coordinator (CC).
Summary
The Senior Therapist (ST) is primarily responsible for mentoring and supporting Junior Behaviour Therapists and Behaviour Therapists (BTs) within the classroom, ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of individualized programming, behaviour plans, and evidence-based practices. This leadership role is critical in maintaining program fidelity and classroom integrity at Oak Bridge Academy. The Senior Therapist works closely with the Rotational Lead Behaviour Therapist and Clinical Coordinator (CC) to monitor student progress and guide team effectiveness.

Assist with the development and implementation of behaviour service plans, individualized education plans, and behaviour safety plans.
Help implement mediator training and conduct fidelity checks.
Support staff in behaviour documentation, communication development, and data collection.

Attend and document parent-teacher conferences and meetings
