CarePartners is seeking a Personal Support Manager to coordinate and supervise the delivery of Community Health Services in the Quinte area. The role is based in Quinte West with travel to Brockville as needed, and is a full time position with on-call evenings and weekends on a rotation.
The successful candidate will lead Community Support Workers, develop care plans, and ensure adherence to health policies and safety standards while fostering interprofessional collaboration with Ontario Health
