CPSA seeks an Advisor to oversee accreditation assessments and support quality management advancements. With a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, applicants should bring at least three years of relevant experience. This role involves the assessment of laboratory facilities, coordinating compliance activities, and collaborating with facility staff to ensure safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in office assessments of medical facilities
• Write assessment reports and recommendations




• Recruit and train external assessors as necessary
• Track accreditation assessment activities accurately
• Liaise with facility Medical Directors and staff

Requirements:
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Registration or eligibility with CMLTA
• Minimum three years related experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems preferred
