The Stock Administrator supports store operations and the sales team by managing product flow, inventory accuracy, and back-end activities. The role also helps ensure attentive client care during after-sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Organize sellable and non-sellable products and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Process deliveries, transfers, and ship-from-store orders, and manage orders for store supplies.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock-takes, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies; promptly report losses and unusual adjustments.
- Support loss prevention practices and identify defective or damaged items.
- Assist with returns, repairs, and complaints while maintaining product care and client service standards.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock audits and reconciliations.
- Solid attention to detail and care in handling products.
- Ability to collaborate with sales colleagues and management and support client service.
- Operational efficiency and flexibility in a retail environment.
