Location: Dawson Creek, BC
Salary: 39.75 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Start time: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily front desk and night shift operations
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise front desk staff
- Establish work schedules and assign duties to front desk employees
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide ongoing training
- Oversee front desk operations during the night shift to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Perform front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Address and resolve guests’ complaints, concerns, and service issues in a qualified manner
- Assist guests with special requests and special needs
- Manage and coordinate events and facility bookings




- Negotiate with clients regarding the use and booking of hotel facilities
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials, supplies, and services
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair activities
- Organize and maintain inventory of front desk and operational supplies
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important operational issues to management
