Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and mechanically/electrically capable Overhead Crane & Hoist Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation and commissioning of overhead cranes, hoists and related lifting equipment. The successful candidate will work primarily at customer facilities and must be comfortable diagnosing mechanical, electrical and control-system problems on a variety of overhead lifting equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience servicing overhead cranes, hoists, motors, or similar industrial material handling equipment.
Electrician certification/millwright background is an asset.
Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.
Valid Ontario driver's license and acceptable driving record.
