Key Responsibilities:
• Process and post invoices accurately using SAGE
• Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies efficiently
• Complete bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations




• Execute vendor payments via multiple methods
• Maintain accurate supplier master data and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in high-volume accounts payable
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Detailed orientation and ability to manage priorities
• Experience with ERP systems essential
• Knowledge of HST and 1099 reporting is a plus
