As a key member of Intelex's team, the Revenue Operations Specialist focuses on ensuring compliance and maintaining data accuracy within commercial transactions. This role requires partnering with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and other teams to drive timely execution and improve the internal customer experience. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills to thrive in a rapid-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review complex sales opportunities and quotes for compliance
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and DealHub
• Act as a trusted advisor on quoting and QTC processes
• Support the rollout and enhancement of Quote-to-Cash tools
• Gather user feedback and resolve quoting issues as SME
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Revenue Operations or related field
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
