Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience
• Meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs or more
• Ability to follow standard work routines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid organizational skills and inquisitive nature
