As a Seasonal Operator in areas like Williams Lake and Bella Coola, you will report to the Road Foreperson and operate heavy equipment effectively. This temporary, full-time position involves physical labor and collaboration with your team to maintain road safety and cleanliness across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Navigate and clear snow and ice from roadways
• Operate heavy equipment safely in various weather conditions
• Maintain daily work reports and logs accurately




• Execute minor equipment maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform additional road maintenance duties, including pothole patching

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of road maintenance or construction experience
• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver's license required
• Experience in snow removal is a plus
• Knowledge of road construction processes
• Able to complete vehicle trip inspections
