Description Join Our Food Services Team We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering and food service operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that events and daily food service activities run smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
What You'll Do Oversee food preparation, presentation, portioning, setup, service, and cleanup
Coordinate catering events from preparation through breakdown
Ensure food and beverage service meets company quality and presentation standards
Monitor food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food
Communicate with clients, customers, staff, vendors, and management as required
Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and special requests
Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and report shortages or maintenance issues
Ensure kitchens, serving areas, equipment, and workspaces are clean and organized
Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies
Complete operational checklists, reports, and other required documentation
Help manage busy periods, special events, and changing service requirements
Support management with other operational duties as needed




What We're Looking For Previous experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants, or food services
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Qualified, reliable, and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
Food Handler certification is an asset
