The Adult Mental Wellness Worker will assess client needs and develop personalized care plans, while promoting Serpent River First Nation's vision. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and two years of clinical counseling experience. You will coordinate case management effectively and respect client confidentiality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the Serpent River First Nations Vision
• Assess and identify client mental health needs
• Coordinate case management systems for clients




• Provide aftercare plans for addictions treatment
• Conduct group programming addressing family violence

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in Social Services
• Minimum two years in clinical counseling
• Valid Ontario Driver's License, willing to travel
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Transparent Criminal Record Check required
