You will engage with the Substance Use Disorder Program, conduct assessments, and facilitate community connections to provide the best support possible.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document member needs with accurate assessments
• Support members in different settings and through support groups




• Contribute to collaborative case management meetings
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
• Achieve set goals and monitor Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:
• Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist in Washington
