Jetson Home is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to spearhead payroll functions for employees in Canada and the US. You will optimize processes for hourly, salaried, piece-rate, and commissioned staff. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of multi-jurisdictional compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing in ADP for diverse employee types
• Calculate and verify piece-rate pay for compliance




• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on commission calculations
• Reconcile payroll data with general ledger
• Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and year-end filings

Requirements:
• Over five years of payroll experience required
• Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar)
• Proficient in Excel or Sheets
• Understanding of CRA and IRS regulations
