As the Automotive Inspection Manager, you'll oversee vehicle inspections and coordinate a skilled team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians. Your leadership will ensure that all vehicles are retail-ready, adhering to Clutch's stringent quality and safety standards, within a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the vehicle inspection department
• Manage and mentor a diverse team for peak performance
• Oversee vehicle inspections and quality control processes
• Monitor production timelines for efficiency
• Establish KPIs and improve operational workflows
Requirements:
• 5–7 years automotive experience, 3 years in management
• Strong understanding of inspections and automotive standards
• Previous experience managing production teams
• 310S License preferred or equivalent
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
