You will be responsible for utilizing the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, making personalized product recommendations and introducing them to loyalty programs. This role requires flexibility across various zones, including Salesfloor and Cash Wrap, while addressing customer concerns creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Recommend products based on customer needs




• Educate guests on the AEO loyalty program
• Flexibly assist in Salesfloor and Cash Wrap
• Innovatively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Availability during evenings and weekends
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
