As a People Services Specialist, you will support HR processes across the organization while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your role involves recruitment and selection, employee relations, program administration, and managing performance initiatives. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to ensure accurate execution of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process from start to finish
• Maintain recruitment databases and track recruitment statistics
• Administer workplace investigations and feedback mechanisms




• Support HR training programs and policy development
• Provide employee relations support and guidance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent
• Over 3 years of HR experience focusing on recruitment and relations
• Strong HR legislation knowledge and best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
