The Green Team Coordinator is essential to managing the upkeep of community facilities in the Main Street Project’s campus. You will lead volunteers in litter control, garden maintenance, and various beautification projects while enhancing community pride. This role requires collaboration with local partners and is supervised by the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement litter control measures in the community
• Wash windows and perform light painting tasks
• Maintain indoor and outdoor gardens, including harvesting
• Develop community-driven projects like seating and lighting
• Supervise and guide volunteers in daily operations
Requirements:
• Must be 18-29 years old and a resident of Manitoba
• Experience with community organizations is advantageous
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Effective communication skills with community members
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Driver's License are assets
