Job Responsibilities

Be seen as a senior leader for all operations and advocate for both our client and Aramark

Accountable and responsible for maintaining a culture focused on safety in everything we do

Build and lead management teams capable of delivering innovation, quality, and operational excellence across all service lines

Deliver the highest quality services while exceeding client and customer expectations

Drive revenue growth across service lines through exceptional execution and targeted business development initiativesSupport client and stakeholder initiatives while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships

Deliver sustainability goals as they pertain to food services

Manage client premises, capital assets, and facilities in a professional manner

Connect, influence, and bring creative and strategic thinking to build and maintain stakeholder advocacy

Develop strategic operating plans aligned with client objectives and sustainable business practices

Establish and maintain food production systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving food products safely and efficiently

Develop operational forecasts, monitor expenses, and report variances

Develop client communication strategies and conduct regular business reviews to share successes, opportunities, and progress against annual operating plans

Ensure successful implementation of operational programs and executional frameworks

Ensure Scope of Work (SOW)



requirements are met and any gaps are communicated to the District Manager

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Front Line Supervisors and other operational leaders

Build strong relationships within local communities and develop professional networks that support future business opportunities and organizational growth

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience leading large teams in food service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, catering, or multi-unit operations

University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

Advanced food safety certification preferred

Strong financial acumen, including food cost, labour management, inventory control, and budgeting

Proven ability to analyze financial statements, operating reports, and budget variance reports

Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse teams in a dynamic environment

Experience managing teams of 20 or more associates

Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence

Catering experience considered an asset

Positive attitude and strong customer-focused mindset

Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and clients

Knowledge of regulatory requirements including WHMIS, Occupational Health & Safety, and infection prevention and control practices

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Ability to adapt to new environments and successfully lead change initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000
