As an Overhead Service Crane Technician/Red Seal, you will be working at various manufacturing plants throughout the Prince George, BC repairing and installing overhead cranes.

The position is based out of Prince George, BC but 90% of your time is working offsite. You will be given a work truck to travel to different plants to perform service calls on the overhead cranes. The role requires 2-5 years of experience as an overhead crane technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Repairing overhead cranes, hoists, components, and their controls

Installation, commissioning, load testing and modernizations of the cranes

Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions

Determine the extent of repair required

Respond to after-hour service calls / on-call
