The Program Facilitator is a vital position supporting the FFRR Hub Pilot Project in Toronto. You will develop life skills programs, assist individuals with social and emotional needs, and collaborate with Reena’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recreation and a commitment to fostering independence and creativity among participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored programs for individual needs
• Facilitate life skills workshops and group activities
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff




• Organize agency-wide events and activities
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt as needed

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Social Services or related field
• Two years of experience in recreation or similar
• Solid leadership and organizational skills
• Valid Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C certificate
• Technological proficiency in Office Suite and data systems
