Key Responsibilities:
• Own payroll accounting and reconciliations for 20 North American sites
• Validate Workday-to-JDE payroll journal entries for accuracy




• Stabilize payroll accounting by identifying root causes of posting errors
• Prepare payroll journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and month-end processes
• Experience with Workday or JDE preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
