Linck Child, Youth & Family Supports is seeking a Supported Living Supervisor for a one-year contract. Your role is crucial in guiding a team in delivering consistent, high-quality services. You’ll collaborate with leadership to ensure effective service delivery and operational leadership for supported living activities while managing staffing and resources expertly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee supported living services for children and youth
• Coordinate schedules and manage placement resources




• Guide and mentor staff to enhance service delivery
• Develop responsive plans for children with complex needs
• Engage stakeholders and communicate effectively

Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Experience in residential treatment or child welfare
• Strong understanding of CYFSA regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
