Summary

The Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate prepares and processes holiday client orders from the store. This role helps ensure each order is accurate, secure, and ready for timely delivery while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

- Pick, prepare, package, and ship client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritize orders, inspect merchandise, and update order information in fulfillment systems.
- Receive and process client returns, and keep orders organized and secure.
- Maintain wrapping, packing, and shipping supplies and collaborate with store teams.

Requirements

- High school diploma.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort using computers and order management systems.
- Service-oriented, collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, during the seasonal period from November 2026 through January 2027.
