Reporting to the Hotel Food & Beverage Manager or Shift Supervisor, the Evening Server ensures a delightful dining experience at Calgary’s premier entertainment venue. Expect to manage food orders accurately, serve guests promptly, and maintain impeccable cleanliness at service stations. Training and adherence to safety measures are essential for this role, especially during busy weekend nights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner




• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout shifts
• Set and clear tables efficiently
• Balance sales receipts at the end of shifts
Requirements:
• Alberta Server Pro Serve certification required
• 1-2 years’ experience in foodservice operations
• Experience in hotel food and beverage preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems essential
• Availability for Thursday to Sunday night shifts
