Scandinave Spa is seeking a dedicated Bistro Agent to join its team in Whistler. This position requires a warm and professional demeanor, with responsibilities including guest interactions, food and beverage preparation, and maintaining product rotation standards. Team members are expected to craft espresso-based beverages and ensure a clean, organized environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer prompt, courteous service to all customers
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including espresso drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all Bistro areas
• Complete assigned tasks from the Team Lead
• Manage inventory levels and ordering stock as needed
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with food and beverage environments an asset
• Robust communication skills under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and work flexible hours
• Clear criminal record check required
