• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and event coordination

• Address learner inquiries and registration issues

• Prepare operational learning reports for leadership review

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Adult Education, or related field
• 4+ years' experience in L&D; or HR operations
• Knowledge of content lifecycle and learner support processes
• Professional certifications are assets
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
