As a dedicated Active Living Aide, you will report to the Active Living Manager, assisting in the planning and implementation of programs aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life. Your role includes maintaining records, facilitating communication amongst staff and families, and participating in team meetings focused on residents’ interests. This position requires compassion and a commitment to seniors’ wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement meaningful programs for residents
• Maintain department records and evaluations




• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Assist in the assessment of resident activity levels
• Facilitate outings and daily activities

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology
• Experience with senior care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and Vulnerable Sector Check
