As a Supply Educational Assistant, you will be part of a vital support system for students in the Haliburton area schools. Your duties will include caring for students, managing challenging behaviors, and lifting requirements. A strong commitment to sensitive, effective communication and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in educational activities under supervision
• Support students with special needs and behavioral challenges
• Lift and provide personal care as required




• Collaborate with teachers for effective student management
• Maintain a supportive school workplace

Requirements:
• Child and Youth Worker Diploma or relevant degree
• Experience with students with Autism or behavioral issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Physically fit for lifting and toileting tasks
• First Aid and C.P.R. certification preferred
