Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance improvements in mental health programs

• Collaborate with departments on accreditation standards
• Facilitate comprehensive training for staff development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in quality risk management or health-related field
• 5+ years in Health Service Delivery; 2+ years in leadership
• Experience in developing policies and project management
• Specialized training in quality improvement preferred
• Valid registration with a regulatory college
