This is an opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our mission of kindness. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee and implement resident-focused care plans, while fostering valuable relationships with residents and their families. Your role includes supervising caregivers and liaising with health care personnel to ensure optimal care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify personalized care plans
• Supervise PSWs and RPNs for effective teamwork




• Monitor performance and conduct evaluations
• Administer medications and document care efficiently
• Engage meaningfully with residents throughout shifts

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse certificate from Ontario
• Basic CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform nursing assessments
