As part of MNP's ease Cloud Accounting Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting tasks. This full-time position calls for innovative thinking and dedication to client success in a rapid-paced environment. Your tasks will also include maintaining GL accounts and resolving discrepancies for clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in full cycle bookkeeping and payroll processes
• Prepare payroll, taxes, and government remittances accurately
• Set up client files, budgets, and administrative plans
• Reconcile GL accounts,
manage cash flows, and monitor expenses
• Communicate effectively with governmental agencies for inquiries
Requirements:
• 1 year of full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Certificate/diploma in business administration or accounting preferred
• Familiarity with cloud accounting software like QBO or Xero
• Understanding of sales and payroll tax regulations
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes
