We Focus on Patient Care: We've implemented central fill to process refills, built support teams that do prescription data entry and clinical validation, handle phone calls and schedule pharmacy services appointments. Pharmacy Assistants play a key role in client care in our pharmacies.

Must have Pharmacy experience; a previous leadership role is considered an asset.

Your Role
While we all collaborate to provide services and hospitality to our team members and clients, we all play different roles to make this happen. You’ll contribute by:

In collaboration with the Pharmacy team, communicating and following up with any client/dispensary concerns or requests.

Leading, coaching and supervising Pharmacy Assistants and Dispensary Cashiers.

Launching new initiatives to improve communication and implement guided processes.
