This full time position at Laurier Brantford Family YMCA focuses on enhancing Child & Youth programming by developing curricula, standards, and training resources. You’ll work closely with branch leadership and frontline staff to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences for children and families. Your role will ensure alignment with Healthy Child Development principles and support continuous improvement across multiple YMCA branches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate Child & Youth program initiatives
• Create training resources for staff capacity building




• Monitor program effectiveness and ensure quality assurance
• Contribute to operational budgeting and financial analysis

Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation, Child Studies, or related field
• 3+ years in child and youth programming
