Become a key player in loss prevention at SportChek in Oshawa Centre. As the Store Loss Prevention Lead, you’ll positively impact customers while reducing loss and securing products.

In this leadership role, reporting to the Store General Manager, you will drive the execution of the Loss Prevention Program. Your customer-focused approach combined with a strong presence on the sales floor will minimize both internal and external losses. The role involves mentoring associates, securing high-value products, and monitoring LP Hotspots to ensure a protected environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead loss prevention initiatives across the store
• Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor
• Train and coach associates on LP responsibilities




• Log incidents and communicate with the Regional LP Manager
• Ensure adherence to LP tagging and high-value product security

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months retail experience
• 12+ months as a Loss Prevention Officer preferred
• Valid CPR & First Aid training required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
