We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Staff Attendant to join our team. As a Front Staff Attendant you will play a vital role in providing exceptional experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service while enjoying their meals in a welcoming atmosphere. 1. Customer Service Duties:

- Take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and skilled manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas and sections.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials.
- Ensure that all customer needs are met and that guests have an enjoyable experience.
- Process payments, including cash, credit card transactions, and tips.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Dishwashing as needed

2. Beverage Station Duties:

- Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean beverage area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure that all drink orders are made accurately, and responsibly.





3. Greeter Duties:

- Welcome guests as they enter with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage guests, ensuring smooth guest flow and wait times.
- Answer any initial questions guests may have about the restaurant or menu.
- Maintain a positive first impression of the location for every guest.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
