About the Role: Senior Account Manager, LCS, Auto Google's LCS team partners with the world's leading brands and agencies, and this role within the
automotive segment
puts you at the intersection of that mandate. You'll be responsible for managing the full account relationship: uncovering customer business needs, building data-driven advertising solutions, and maintaining account hygiene while hitting sales growth targets.
Campaign performance sits at the centre of the work. You'll track results, extract insights from performance data, and identify
upsell opportunities
to build pipeline. The role also involves handling client objections, pitching new solutions, and collaborating with internal sellers to deliver outcomes for both Google and its customers.

$138,000–$141,000 CAD annually , with individual pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, the role carries a
40% bonus target

Responsibilities The role centres on managing
senior client relationships
within the
automotive vertical , translating business goals into advertising strategies, and driving measurable results through Google's full suite of solutions. You'll own both the strategic and analytical sides of account management, from campaign planning through to
performance reporting
and pipeline development.
Lead strategic meetings
with key customer stakeholders to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, then translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
Drive campaign results
by quantifying business impact and demonstrating value to customers, while maintaining account hygiene.
Build and pitch data-driven solutions
using Google's advertising products to maximize customer value, handle objections, and achieve sales growth targets.
Analyze campaign data
to confirm performance is accurately tracked and that results align with customer objectives.
Monitor performance data
to extract key insights, identify qualified upsell opportunities, and cultivate pipeline for future customer growth.
Requirements / Skills A
bachelor's degree
(or equivalent practical experience) and at least five years in sales, advertising, or account management are the minimum requirements.
