Balfour & Company seeks an onsite Regalia Assistant to support convocation logistics at the University of Lethbridge. You will help unpack, stage, organize, and distribute graduation regalia, while tracking inventory and assisting with payments during ceremonies.
Ideal candidates have experience in logistics, inventory, or event operations and a proven ability to coordinate teams in a fast-paced event workplace. Training is provided for regalia handling.
