Position Overview
As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing hearing evaluations, ensuring a high standard of client care, making product recommendations, ensuring product adoption through client education and training on features and maintenance, and collaborating closely with colleagues to address client concerns, maintain records, and participate in local events.
Position Details
Job Type: Full time, contract (employee leave)
Contract Length: 12-18 months (expected duration until ~June 2028)
Location: Grand Bend, Ontario - HearCANADA clinic
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time (some flexibility in hours/working days for the right candidate may be considered based on this being a contract role)
Compensation Package: $70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus program + benefits + RRSP matching
What You Will Do
Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls
What We Are Looking For
A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist (or other provincial equivalent) or Audiology program
Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
