• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial variances




• Monitor timelines and escalate risks with mitigation strategies
• Analyze site opportunities and lease structures
• Provide insights to align internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in real estate, finance, or project delivery
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Proven ability in budget management
• Familiar with real estate development lifecycle
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
