Our client, Industrial Supply & Solutions is seeking a Counter/Inside Sales to join their team. As a Counter/Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales & Customer Support function supporting customer-facing order entry, quotations, and solution promotion. The ideal candidate will have strong customer communication, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure, and a proven track record of building relationships that support sales growth.
Job Title: Counter/Inside Sales
Location: Sydney, NS
Shift: Day Shift
What's the Job? Prepare invoices for order entry through the internal computerized software (AS400).
Expedite quotations by following up on customer requests and ensuring timely responses.
Promote Rexel Atlantic as a solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
Collaborate with vendor partners to help grow product strategies and explore current customer opportunities.




Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
Consistently ensure the corporate image is reflected in every customer interaction.
What's Needed? 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
