FGF Brands is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise scaling operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead, train and mentor a team, ensure proper ingredient sequencing, and uphold GMPs and safety standards on shift.
The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to manage time and priorities under deadlines. Expect diverse shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends as needed.
